LTO\u00b3 no taste (tasteless) is specially developed to be opened and mixed in something liquid. This way, you will not experience a fishy taste, which is the case when you would open the regular LTO\u00b3.\u00a0<\/p>

Dissolve the content of the capsules in something liquid (preferably without sugar) 10 minutes before breakfast every day and swallow. You can also swallow the capsules.<\/p>

The recommended daily intake of LTO\u00b3 flavourless goes by body weight.<\/p>

From 45 kg<\/strong>: 3 capsules daily.\u00a0<\/p>

Less than 45 Kg<\/strong>: For a body weight of less than 45 pounds, take 2 capsules.<\/p>
