Recommended intake

The ingredients of Energy Concept are Maca, Korean Ginseng and royal jelly.

 

Maca

Maca (Lepidium meyenii) grows on the high plateaus of the Andes in Peru, at more than 4000 metres above sea level.
Maca is a powerful adaptogen, which means that it is able to stabilise and balance the various body systems. For instance, Maca can increase low blood pressure and decrease high blood pressure.
Adaptogens also strengthen the immune system and overall vitality of the body.
This special herb also regulates hormones, improves memory and combats anaemia and depression. Many men and women who use Maca notice an increase in their energy within a week.
Maca is not addictive and has no harmful side effects.

 

Korean Ginseng

Korean Ginseng differs from the Ginseng grown in China, Japan and America. Korean Ginseng takes up to 6 years to reach full maturity. It contains 22 types of ginsenosides, while the other varieties only contain 8-9.
Korean Ginseng increases vitality throughout the body by normalising disturbances. Like Maca, it is an adaptogen.
Korean Ginseng can help normalise blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
There are no known negative effects. However, it may disturb sleep if taken before bedtime.

 

Royal jelly

Royal jelly is traditionally used to promote youthfulness and beauty. Other known effects include a rejuvenating effect on physical energy, strength and stamina. Royal jelly is used to treat fatigue and depression and to promote recovery from illness.
No side effects are known.

Dosage

Take two (2) to three (3) capsules a day before breakfast.

Precautions
