Meno Concept
The natural and safe alternative for menopause problems!

Are you a woman in transition?
Then you will have noticed that this is a period of your life that can bring many inconveniences, such as hot flashes, night sweats, irritability, poor sleep, palpitations, vaginal dryness, fatigue and even depression. Some women go through this phase relatively effortlessly, but for many it is a difficult period in their lives that can last up to 10 years or more.

Fortunately, there is now a natural and safe solution, without the need for hormones. Meno Concept contains a number of plant extracts that can make a huge difference to your life.
Red clover, sage, soya and hops are all phytoestrogens. These phytoestrogens support and help balance the estrogens already produced by the ovaries.
Dong quai and wild yam regulate the oestrogen and progesterone balance and support the functioning of the liver, nerves, bones, blood vessels and hormone systems.

This specific combination of herbs very effectively reduces hot flushes, vaginal dryness, nervousness, irritability and sleeping problems. Several studies show that it also strengthens the bones and heart, and it contributes to the prevention of breast and uterine cancer by helping to prevent the formation of tumours.
Important points to remember when using Meno Concept

The time of intake
The time of taking Meno Concept depends on when you have the most hot flushes. If it is at night, it is best to take the? Meno Concept before you go to sleep. If it is in the morning or later in the day, it is better to take it in the morning, between breakfast and lunch.

The dose
In case of pre-menopause or early menopause: 2 capsules per day.
If you are in the middle of the menopause, take 4-6 capsules a day between meals. As soon as the desired effect occurs, you should return to 2 capsules per day.
To replace natural or synthetic hormones: take 3 capsules at 3 fixed times a day (between meals), for a total of 9 capsules a day. When the hot flushes begin to disappear, you can slowly reduce the dosage to the dose that works best for you.

WARNING
Foods such as chocolate can have a direct impact on your hot flashes.
Healthy eating habits are always recommended.

Ingredients

Wild yam
Wild yam has many uses. It relaxes the muscles and promotes hormonal balance in women. Wild yam contains diogenin, a steroid-like substance that can be converted into the female hormone progesterone.

Dong Quai
Dong Quai's constituents can stimulate the central nervous system, which can help relieve menstrual complaints such as headaches and feelings of sluggishness. It supports the internal genital organs and helps with endometriosis, internal bleeding and bruising. It reduces menopause symptoms such as vaginal dryness and hot flushes. Dong Quai is also known as the 'ultimate herb' for women. It is used to balance female hormones and the female cycle.

The soya bean
The soya bean has been used in Asian cuisine for centuries. It contains active ingredients such as isoflavone, a molecule very similar to oestrogen, the so-called phyto-oestrogreen. In most women worldwide, menopause symptoms appear to be linked to a reduction in the release of oestrogen by the ovaries.

Hop blossom
Hops are best known as a preservative and flavouring for beer. Hops have also been used for centuries by herbalists as a natural sedative to reduce stress and anxiety. Hops also have a positive effect on insomnia.

Red clover
Red clover is one of the richest natural sources of isoflavones. Of all the phyto-oestrogens, isoflavones are the most active in the production of oestrogen. Red clover is a more complete source of isoflavones than soybean and contains more ononine, diadzeine, genisteine, formononetin and biochanine A than soybean.
The herb seems to act like the female hormone oestrogen and may therefore help women with menopause problems.

Sage leaves
Sage contains a number of antioxidant elements and has been used as an antibacterial agent since time immemorial. Because of its antiperspirant effect, it also works particularly well for women who suffer from excessive sweating during menopause.
