Server logs
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. 
Each time you visit our website, usage data is transmitted to us or our web host / IT service provider via your internet browser and stored in log files (so-called server log files). This stored data includes e.g. the name of the page visited, the date and time of access, the IP address, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider. Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 par. 1 sub f of the German Teleservices Act (AVG) for the legitimate interest of a trouble-free operation of our website and for the improvement of our services. 

Customer account Orders      

Customer account
When you open a customer account, we collect your personal data to the extent specified. The purpose of data processing is to improve your purchasing experience and to simplify order processing. Processing is carried out with your consent on the basis of Article 6 (1)(a) of the AVG. You may revoke your consent at any time by notifying us accordingly without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation. Your customer account will then be deleted.
Collection, processing and transfer of personal data on orders 
We collect and process your personal data only to the extent necessary to execute and process your order and to process your requests. The provision of the data is necessary for the conclusion of the agreement. Failure to make them available means that no agreement can be concluded. The processing takes place on the basis of art. 6, par. 1 sub b AVG and is necessary for the conclusion of a contract with you. 
For example, your data is passed on to your chosen transport and drop-shipping providers, payment service providers, order processing service providers and IT service providers. In all cases, we strictly adhere to the legal regulations. The extent of data transmission is kept to a minimum.

Collection and processing when using the contact form
When using the contact form, we collect your personal data (name, e-mail address, message text) only to the extent that you have provided it. The data processing serves the purpose of contacting you. By sending your message you agree to the processing of the transmitted data. The processing takes place with your consent on the basis of Article 6 (1) sub a of the AVG. 
You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the withdrawal. Your email address will only be used to process your request. Your data will then be deleted if you have not consented to further processing and use.
Use of e-mail address for sending direct mail 
We use your e-mail address, which we have received in the context of the sale of goods or services, for the electronic transmission of advertisements for our own goods or services, which are similar to those you have already purchased from us, provided you have not objected to this use. The provision of the e-mail address is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. Failure to make it available means that no contract can be concluded. The processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6 (1) f AVG from the legitimate point of view of direct mail. You can object to this use of your e-mail address at any time by informing us of this. There is no charge for this other than the shipping costs according to the basic rates.

Transport companies     

Passing the email address to transport companies for information on shipping status
Within the scope of the contract processing, we pass on your e-mail address to the shipping company provided that you have expressly agreed to this in the ordering process. The purpose of the transmission is to inform you about the shipping status by e-mail. The processing takes place with your consent on the basis of Article 6 (1) a AVG. You can revoke the consent at any time by notifying us or the transport company without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.

Using PayPal Express
We use on our website the payment service PayPal Express of PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (22-24 Boulevard Royal L-2449, Luxembourg; "PayPal").
The purpose of the data processing is to offer you the possibility to pay via the PayPal Express payment service.
The integration of this payment service requires PayPal to collect, store and analyse data (e.g. IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, location of your device) when opening the website. Cookies can also be used for this. The cookies allow your browser to be recognised (again).

We use on our website the Matomo analytics tool from InnoCraft Ltd. (150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand; "Matomo").

The purpose of data processing is to analyse this website and its visitors. Cookies may be used for this purpose, which allow the recognition of the Internet browser. Use of Google Ads Conversion Tracking

When you click on an advertisement provided by Google, a cookie for Conversion Tracking is placed on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our site and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we will be able to recognize that you clicked on the ad and were forwarded to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, there is no possibility that cookies can be tracked through the Ads customers' websites.

The information collected using the Conversion cookie is used to generate Conversion statistics. This tells us the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a page with a Conversion-Tracking-Tag. However, we do not receive any information that would identify users personally.

Rights of the data subjects and the storage company

Duration of storage
After the end of the contract, the data will first be stored for the duration of the guarantee period, then in compliance with the legal storage periods, in particular the tax and commercial law periods, and deleted after the end of this period, insofar as you have not agreed to further processing and use.
